Garlic



Garlic is a species of onion genus. It is also known as Allium sativum and is a very effective herb for human body. It is mostly used for culinary as well as medicinal use. Garlic is considered as a wonder herb for cholesterol patients as it has capability of thinning the blood and dissolve clots inside the veins. It is also rich in germanium which is anti cancer. Garlic also retards the growth of tumours in body.

Benefits of Garlic:

1)       It has similar effects of aspirin in thinning of blood; hence it is very helpful for heart patients. Garlic has an excellent effect on our circulatory system and it helps in lowering the triglycerides and LDL (bad cholesterol) and helps in increasing HDL (good cholesterol).
