Healthy routine my story

Hello friends! I want to share a secret of being healthy and fit with you all, that is totally experienced and implied in years. As I was growing and crossing my 30’s, my body was becoming flabby and the life style was absolute sedentary (no exercise no activity). My energy level was going down and the capacity of working for the full day (what I was usually proud of) was diminishing slowly. The routing goes for three more years and I tried all fitness equipments like Slimming belts, Vibratory belts, walker and other costly products but all in vein. The food habit was also on the destruction mode as junk food replaced the healthy eating. Burgers and fries were replacing fruits and salads. Suddenly, one day I got an selected in a very big company as country manager sales and was suppose to submit all my blood reports and other fitness tests. That day was an eye opener for me when I received my blood reports. Sugar level was on border, Thyroid was on border, triglycerides were on dangerously higher side, I felt as if I am falling prey to all life style diseases like Diabetes, high blood pressure, weak cardiovascular system, weak muscular and respiratory system. My body was on the self destruction mode and just because of me. I was thinking of my family and a long way to go in the life.
For next two three days I was in depression then I realized that there is still a hope of correction and getting things better. I immediately took a resolution of losing weight with proper diet plan and exercise. Following are the activities/ measures I took on war footing,

1) Replaced my junk diet with nutritional diet (with the help of a dietician).

2) Took a schedule of “early to bed and early to rise”.

3) Consuming water in morning before nature call, at least 2 liters.

4) Spend 25-30 minutes in exercises like power walk, squats and pushups.

5) Started spending time with nature for at least 30 minutes a day (I was able to manage these 30 minutes from cutting time spending on internet using face book and chatting with friends).

Friends! Believe me with the above activities/ changes I lost my 15 kgs in 3 months now I am 70 Kg. lost 6 extra inches without losing my energy and strength. Now my blood profile is also in the normal range and I am living a healthy happy life. Really time management and will power can change life, and if I can do this believe me anybody can do this.
