Let’s have six pack Abs

Every Human being dreams of having flat and firm abs, its like the most desirable asset now a days. This is clear that flat and firm abs enhance the personality of either male or female. But is is becoming more and more difficult now a days to get the flat abs because most of the people are using wrong techniques and hence getting minimum of their hard workout for the same. I am giving some tips that may help to get flat abdominal.

1. Concentrate on the area (spot) you want to get affected through your workout. Like if our abdominal muscles are not fatigued after 10-12 repetition, probably we are implying the wrong technique and we should apply it properly.
2. It is cardio not the abdominal exercises that burn the fat, so complement your abdominal workout with 30-40 minutes cardio exercise to get maximum results.
3. Avoid alcohol as it helps fat to deposit near the abdominal area.
4. Always give your best efforts during exercise, remember 10 good crunches are better than 50 poor ones.

Try other activities also like sports, rock climbing, tracking cycling etc.
Get your self busy in physical activity like walking. In a very recent study it was mentioned that walking with your pet burns your fats fast.
Avoid intake of excess oil and sweets.

Take lime water daily morning.
