6 Packs Abs….. How to Achieve

Having flat and firm abs is a Dream what every body see now a days. Flat abs are considered as the most attractive part of the body. Not only this they also indicates health and fitness of a person. But the problem is getting flat abs is not a child play. Now why does it seem so hard to get flat abs like that. The problem is with the techniques and exercises people doing, as it sometimes creates minimum effect on abs (or area where it is required). Let us see how to get maximum result from the workout we are practicing.

1. You should know what you are doing and why. Focus on the targeted area (which needs to be worked out), then choose a perfect exercise plan for the same. See if your workout fatigued your muscles or not, if not change the technique or posture. Try to fatigue the chosen muscle only as the main aim to eliminate it.

2. No abdominal workout will work or tone muscles until you are complimenting them with at least 30 min cardio (fat burner) exercises. Our abdominals are prone to storing fat; hence the hardest part to get toned. So don’t forget to close the circuit with cardio or light aerobics.
3.Have a check on what you eat. Say a big no to deep fried junk foods and also avoid sugar or at least cut down to minimum. Quit drinking as alcohol contains some chemicals which helps in storing fat near your abdomen.
4. Gradually increases the repetitions and numbers of exercises you are doing. Don’t aim to get everything in a short span of time as overnight miracles are a part of fairy tales only. Adopt the policy of Slow and steady and win the race.
5. Try to save your back also while doing abs exercises. Go for the crunches or the sit ups which are not putting any strain on your back.
