Cut Fat

The best way to loose fat naturally is exercising and diet control (remember its control not fasting of skipping your meals). Others are all artificial and sometimes dangerous ways to loose those extra inches and weight.

Exercising can be of any kind like jogging, running, cycling, gym, swimming or anything like Yoga, aerobics etc.

According to me the best way to loose weight is brisk walking and mild running (jogging) as this not only reduces the weight but also increases your stamina and give strength to our internal system like respiratory system, cardio system, and metabolism. The best way to exercise is going in some park or any open area (pollution free) and precipitate.

Following are some tips to start jogging after consulting your physician.

1 Get into good running shoes.
2 Wear comfortable and sober outfits.
3 Start with warm up activity (like brisk walking).
4 Concentrate on posture, foot should roll forward, it means land on your heels and roll over to toe. Don’t run on your toes.
5 Take care of Injuries if it hurts stop immediately and consult your physician if it remains long.
6 After running don’t stop immediately repeat brisk walk session again and cool down slowly.
7 Don’t forget to stretch your muscles.
8 Switch over to Nutritional diet.
9 Don’t expect overnight miracles as it may lead to frustration. Keep faith in yourself be confident and positive.

Remember if you want to loose weight cut those extra calories in your meal and burn some calories simultaneously by exercising.
